An annual tradition since 2000, Shabbos House hosts a meaningful and memorable Grad Party for students and their friends on the Sunday one week prior to graduation, and Kosher meals and open house welcome to graduates and their families over Graduation Weekend.
Thanks to parents and alumni and friends for their support of all types of Shabbos House activities and events, including these Graduation festivities. These graduation events are sponsored in large part by the L’chaim Student Group (Student Association funded) which is especially important on Graduation Weekend when no other Kosher food options are available for parents and families on campus.

Traditional Services precede Shabbos meals, please feel free to come at your convenience.
Friday Night – May 19
Prayers 7pm, Dinner 8pm @ Shabbos House
Saturday – May 20
Prayers 10am, Lunch follows 12:30-3pm @ Shabbos House
(feel free to come for lunch before or after Saturday afternoon graduation ceremonies)
End of Shabbat Light Meal 8:00pm
and Havdalah 9:o0pm (Shabbat ends 9:06pm)
Sunday – May 21 – Graduation Day
Open House BBQ @ Shabbos House following Main Commencement Ceremonies all throughout the afternoon – until 3pm. Please note new end time at 3:00pm. We want to head down to NYC for an alumni engagement party.
